United Security & Communications, Inc. ("United Security," "USCI," "we," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through usci.us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Get a Quote: your name, company, email, phone, the services you're interested in, and any project details you share.
- Request Service: your name, company, email, phone, site address, and a description of the issue.
- Careers: your name, email, phone, the position you want, your experience and certifications, and a resume if you attach one.
- Fingerprinting appointments: the details you enter to book, handled through our scheduling provider.
We also collect basic, standard information about how visitors use the site, described below.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, prepare a quote, schedule service, or consider you for a job.
- To contact you about your request.
- If you request a quote, to send occasional email updates about USCI. Every update has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out anytime.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
We use service requests and job applications only for the reason you sent them. We do not sell your personal information.
Where your information goes
Form submissions are stored in our business systems (the Zoho platform) so the right USCI team can follow up. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed to respond to you. We don't share it for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses standard analytics tools to see which pages visitors use and how they get here: Google Analytics, Zoho PageSense, and Zoho SalesIQ. These tools use cookies and similar technology to collect general usage data, such as pages viewed and the general location of visitors. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
If you send us a form, the pages you viewed on our site before sending it are attached to your request, so our team has context when we follow up.
How we protect it
Submissions go directly into our Zoho account over an encrypted connection. Only USCI staff who need them to respond can see them.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you and for our normal business and legal records, then remove it.
Your choices
To see, correct, or delete the information you've given us, email info@usci.us and we'll take care of it. To stop receiving email updates, use the unsubscribe link in any update, or email us.
