As a privately owned, independent company, we build long-term relationships with our manufacturers, not one-off deals. Our technicians are trained and certified on the systems we install, and we work directly with each manufacturer's support team when a problem needs the factory. Because we're not tied to one manufacturer, we recommend the system that fits your building, your team, and your budget. We install, host, and service these systems for commercial and government customers, serving Maryland, DC, and Virginia, and working nationwide.
Aiphone
We're an Aiphone Elite dealer, and the IX Series is our specialty. IX is Aiphone's network-based video intercom, and it takes real network know-how to set up right. When an IX project gets stuck, Aiphone often calls us in to finish it, which is how many of our Aiphone customers first found us. We also install Aiphone emergency call stations for parking garages, campuses, and other public areas, so anyone who needs help can reach security with one button.

Axis
Axis is one of the most trusted names in IP cameras. Many Axis cameras have built-in AI that tells people from vehicles, so alerts and searches are more accurate. We supply and install Axis cameras for new video systems and existing ones, and they work with the IP-based and cloud video systems we install. If your building standards or project specs require Axis, we can provide them.

Brivo
Brivo is the cloud access control platform we use on most multifamily projects, and for many corporate customers too. It connects with the property management software landlords already use, including Yardi, RealPage, and Entrata. It's fully integrated with Eagle Eye cloud video, so door events and camera footage show up together. We install and manage the full Brivo Security Suite, including access control, AI-driven video, intrusion, and visitor management, along with card administration and system health monitoring. We've attended Brivo's Cloud Summit every year since 2024.

ButterflyMX
ButterflyMX is the smartphone video intercom tenants love and property managers ask for by name. We've installed dozens of systems, mostly as upgrades that replace aging intercoms and telephone entry systems, and we tie ButterflyMX into the building's existing doors, gates, and access control.

Code Blue
Code Blue is the industry standard for the blue-light emergency towers and call stations you see on college and hospital campuses. We've installed Code Blue stations across many campuses including George Washington University, connecting to 24/7 campus security so a call for help gets answered right away.

DMP
We've been a DMP dealer since 1997, and DMP is the panel behind nearly all of our intrusion and fire alarm systems, which we monitor 24/7. We use DMP's encrypted panels for UL 2050 installations in SCIFs and other secure government spaces, and DMP's cloud-based access control where a customer wants alarms and doors on one system. With that much DMP experience, we can program and troubleshoot most systems remotely instead of sending a truck.

DoorKing
We install new DoorKing entry systems, barrier gates and gate operators, and we service and repair a large base of DoorKing telephone entry systems. We also offer ongoing DoorKing account administration, so property managers don't have to keep the resident directory up to date themselves.

Eagle Eye Networks
Eagle Eye, now part of Brivo as Brivo Eagle Eye Video, is the cloud video platform we install for customers who want to view cameras, store video, and troubleshoot problems from anywhere, with no video server on site. Its Smart Video Search lets customers find people, vehicles, and objects across every camera just by typing what they're looking for. It works on its own or fully integrated with Brivo access control, so doors and cameras run from one system. Because it lives in the cloud, we can monitor system health and fix most issues remotely.

Exacq
We support a large base of exacqVision systems across schools, offices, cultural institutions, and government contractors, including sites with more than 150 cameras. We keep existing Exacq systems running, add cameras and storage as sites grow, and help customers plan their next step when it's time to move to cloud or hybrid video.

Hanwha
Hanwha is our go-to for on-site video recording and one of the video systems we install most. We use Hanwha cameras on nearly every video platform we support. Hanwha's newest cameras have AI built in at no extra cost, so customers can search video for people and vehicles and get fewer false alarms. We install Hanwha's Wisenet WAVE software for customers who want a full-featured video system, plus Hanwha's cloud options for customers ready to move off on-site recording. A strong working relationship with the Hanwha team means fast answers when a project needs them.

HID
HID is the industry standard for card readers and credentials, and it's on a large share of the access control systems we install. We install secure smart card readers, including OSDP readers that encrypt the connection between the reader and the door controller, and we use HID's PIV technology so government employees can badge in with their CAC or PIV cards. More customers now choose HID mobile credentials, which turn a phone into a badge. We handle credential ordering and card administration for all of our customers.

LenelS2
We're certified on both LenelS2 platforms, NetBox and OnGuard, and install both. We host LenelS2 NetBox Enterprise on USCI's own servers, so customers get enterprise access control without running the IT behind it, and we run large NetBox systems across campuses and institutions. On the OnGuard side, we install for national corporate clients and for defense and government agencies that require FICAM-compliant access control, often alongside the systems that protect their SCIFs.

Verkada
We're a Verkada Gold partner and install the full Verkada platform, including video, access control, intercom, guest management, and alarms, all managed from one cloud dashboard. Verkada builds AI into the whole platform: type a plain-English description to find a person or vehicle across every camera, get alerts for unusual activity, and let an AI receiver answer the intercom when no one is at the front desk. Our Verkada systems range from a multi-site organization spanning dozens of buildings to a 1-million-square-foot warehouse with 100 cameras, card access, intercoms, and alarms. We can also connect existing third-party cameras to Verkada Command, so customers don't have to replace cameras that still work, and we manage Verkada systems for customers who'd rather not. We've attended VerkadaOne every year since 2024.
