This "zero" footprint application provisions a secure session with our customers to provide first hand assistance and troubleshooting efforts. There's an initial setup process upon first launch of the application. You are then assigned a "session id" with the opportunity to enter any details pertaining to your issue. Then simply click the REQUEST SUPPORT button (see example on left) to enter our SERVICE QUEUE. The next available technician will acknowledge your request presenting you with a prompt to ALLOW remote support.
That's it! Our technician is now able to directly interact with you and your computer. You are able to see exactly what's being done. NO black screen-out, NO wondering what else maybe happening. You are also able to directly assist by demonstrating any issues.
